この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Owla（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用するすべてのユーザー（以下「ユーザー」）は、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、ユーザーの気分や食事、日記の記録を通じて、心身の健康管理をサポートすることを目的としています。医療行為や診断を提供するものではありません。
ユーザーが入力した気分、食事、日記のデータは、ユーザーのデバイス内に保存されます。これらのデータは、ユーザーの同意なしに第三者と共有されることはありません。
iCloudを利用したバックアップ機能を提供しています。バックアップの有効化は任意です。
本アプリは、ユーザーの年齢や性別などの基本的な情報を収集する場合があります。これらの情報は、栄養摂取基準の計算や健康管理のサポートにのみ使用されます。
収集したデータは、本アプリの機能提供のためにのみ使用され、マーケティング目的や第三者への提供には使用されません。
本アプリは、記録のリマインダーとして通知機能を提供しています。通知の設定はユーザーが自由に変更できます。
5.1 本アプリは、ユーザーの健康状態や食事内容について、医学的なアドバイスや診断を提供するものではありません。
5.2 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
5.3 本アプリの機能は予告なく変更または中止される場合があります。
本アプリに関する著作権、商標権、その他の知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。
本規約は、予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後の利用は、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for using Owla (hereinafter "the App"). All users (hereinafter "Users") of the App are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The App is designed to support users' physical and mental health management through recording mood, meals, and diary entries. It does not provide medical treatment or diagnosis.
Mood, meal, and diary data entered by users is stored on the user's device. This data will not be shared with third parties without the user's consent.
We provide backup functionality using iCloud. Enabling backup is optional.
The App may collect basic information such as the user's age and gender. This information is used solely for calculating nutritional intake standards and supporting health management.
Collected data is used solely for providing the App's functionality and will not be used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.
The App provides notification functionality as recording reminders. Users can freely change notification settings.
5.1 The App does not provide medical advice or diagnosis regarding the user's health condition or dietary content.
5.2 The developer assumes no liability for any damages arising from the use of the App.
5.3 The App's features may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the developer.
These Terms may be changed without prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
