Owla（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
以下のデータは、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、外部サーバーには一切送信されません。
以下のデータは、特定の機能を提供するために一時的に外部サービスに送信されますが、サーバー側に永続的に保存されることはありません。
食事のテキスト・画像のAI栄養分析に使用します。データは分析処理のためのみに利用され、処理後にサーバー側に保存されません。
天気情報の取得に使用します。おおまかな位置情報（緯度・経度）のみを送信し、ユーザーを特定する情報は送信しません。APIキーは不要で、無料の天気データサービスです。
本アプリは、Apple HealthKitを使用して以下のヘルスケアデータを読み取り専用でアクセスします：
重要: HealthKitデータは端末内でのみ処理され、外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。HealthKitデータを広告やマーケティングに使用することはありません。HealthKitデータを第三者に提供・販売することはありません。
本アプリは、天気情報を取得するためにおおまかな位置情報を使用します。位置情報はアプリ使用中のみ取得され、バックグラウンドでの位置追跡は行いません。取得した位置情報は天気データの取得のみに使用され、ユーザーの行動追跡には使用しません。
本アプリは、食事の写真を撮影・選択するためにカメラおよびフォトライブラリへのアクセスを使用します。撮影・選択された写真はAI栄養分析のために一時的に外部サービスに送信されますが、分析完了後にサーバー側で保持されることはありません。
本アプリは、ユーザーを他のアプリやウェブサイトにわたって追跡することはありません。広告識別子（IDFA）は使用しません。第三者のトラッキングSDKは一切組み込まれていません。
ユーザーは、アプリ内の「設定」>「全データ削除」からすべてのデータを削除することができます。削除されるデータには、感情記録、食事記録、体調記録、ヘルスケア記録、天気記録、ユーザープロフィール情報が含まれます。削除は即時に実行され、復元することはできません。
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。本アプリは匿名認証のみを使用し、個人を特定する情報を収集しないため、すべての年齢のユーザーが安全にご利用いただけます。

Owla ("the App") is designed with user privacy as the top priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the App.
The following data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to external servers:
The following data is temporarily sent to external services to provide specific features, but is not permanently stored on servers:
Used for AI nutrition analysis of meal text/images. Data is used only for analysis processing and is not stored on servers after processing.
Used to retrieve weather information. Only approximate location (latitude/longitude) is sent; no user-identifying information is transmitted. No API key is required; it is a free weather data service.
The App uses Apple HealthKit to access the following health data in read-only mode:
Important: HealthKit data is processed only on the device and is never sent to external servers. HealthKit data is never used for advertising or marketing. HealthKit data is never shared with or sold to third parties.
The App uses approximate location to retrieve weather information. Location is accessed only while the app is in use; no background location tracking is performed. Location data is used solely for weather data retrieval and is not used for user behavior tracking.
The App uses camera and photo library access to capture or select meal photos. Photos taken/selected are temporarily sent to external services for AI nutrition analysis, but are not retained on servers after analysis is complete.
The App does not track users across other apps or websites. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used. No third-party tracking SDKs are integrated.
Users can delete all data from "Settings" > "Delete All Data" within the app. Deleted data includes mood entries, meal records, physical condition entries, health records, weather records, and user profile information. Deletion is performed immediately and cannot be undone.
The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. Since the App uses only anonymous authentication and does not collect personally identifiable information, users of all ages can use it safely.
